Why does Draymond always get a free pass on Ts? It's like he's protected by the league and gets away with way more than anyone else.

Yeah that would have been a T on anyone else in the league when he was walking to the bench yelling at Foster. And that was after he was jawing at Spurs bench.

Stopped looking sharp at the end of the first half. Warriors heated up and got a lot better shots.

Prob worst half they've played all year

Games over and refs are doing a review. Lol clowns.

Shoot 10% better and lose at home because warriors got to shoot 18 more free throws.

Sochan with 6 minutes is wild. Could've used his defense and rebounding

Things we can control that cost us tonight:
-20 turnovers (several at critical moments) were killer for us. We have to take care of the ball better.
-poor shot selection to end the first half. The warriors have no rim protection, but for some reason we settled for and missed a bunch of 3s to end the half. So instead of extending our lead, we let the warriors get back into it.
-miscommunication on the defensive end. We got so worried about Steph after he got hit that we left other dudes wide open. Jimmy Butler hit at least 3 completely wide open 3s where we just didn't guard him at all.

Things we can't control that cost us:
-Scott Foster special. The team that shot 50+ 3s and doesn't have anyone over 6'9" shot 20 more free throws than the team that is constantly attacking the paint.

We have another chance at it on Friday.

Fox plays defense like CP3 did last year.

Spurs are now 0-1 on nights I meet Willie Nelson

The Spurs played awful in the second half and the refs rewarded GS for tying their shoes. Spurs should have lost by 20. I'm just going to take that tiny victory and move on. Terrible game.

After that loss, Spurs are only on pace for 60 wins, despite limited games for Fox Harper and Kornet.

G Stephon Castle, San Antonio Spurs

Last year's Rookie of the Year on a breakout list? Shenanigans!

Well, not quite. Because Castle is genuinely better. The 21-year-old might still be among the worst shooting guards in the NBA, which, yes, is concerning.

But push aside the shooting, and he does literally everything else well. His 18.9 points are accompanied by 7.9 assists, 6.1 rebounds and extremely potent point-of-attack defense, as well as a conversion rate of 76.7% near the rim, which is ridiculously good for a guard.

Castle is not viewed through the same optimistic lens as Houston's Amen Thompson, but the two are closer in both production and influence than most are willing to admit. Having a multi-faceted guard who can also play the wing, play on the ball, influence the game defensively and has some floor vision is a luxury, and both Houston and San Antonio are benefiting.

Just so damn depressing...

Still a lot of basketball to be played but......

Terrible Sochan minutes.

Fox is definitely not a long term answer for this team. Dude is just invisible on the court no matter what his production is. Reminds me of derozen in that way. The kings were the perfect team for him.

Let's give him some time with the team first. I'm on Fox watch with you but I'm lost on how we are even deploying him half the time.
