Is there a stat for framing pitches? I've seen several pitches in the zone that have been called balls and it seems like chirinos is moving his glove around a lot and not working to frame a pitch in (or just outside) the zone.

I guess I missed him being DFA'd. With our ragtag bullpen, that is saying something if we couldn't find a spot on the 40 man for him. He had a few flashes at the big league level, but seemed like a JAG mostly. I'm sure we'll get the same in return.
