Other than trying to go 9-for-9, are you trying to guess the most obscure players that match or the most obvious ones??
I got a nice 3/9. I just kept guessing ROYs for Minny until I ran out of guesses. That is probably my biggest blind spot. I cant say I have tracked who has won many ROYs. Same with 20+ game winners and 30+ save guys. Those stats don't mean anything to me.
If your goal is to get a low Rarity score then yes.
Obscurity is reflected in rarity score.
The first one I knew was ROY for Minnesota since he was an AGGIE.

Personally, I try to pick Hall of Famers, then those I can remember off hand, and then I go to my cheat code players (Edwin Jackson, Rich Hill, Matt Stairs, Fernando Rodney, etc.).
