Considering that's our team sport that actually can win a national title. YrahLonestar_Ag09 said:
I mean it is women's basketball…so does it even matter
“Boston is a preferred destination, if not the preferred destination for Nolan Arenado. If the Red Sox and Cardinals were to match up on value, there would be no hesitation on Arenado’s end to accept the deal.”

Reading between the lines, it sounds like Nolan Arenado's camp is letting the Red Sox know that he wouldn't veto it if they tried to trade for him. Also sounds like Triston Casas could be available if a team is willing to pay a fair price, no guarantee.

There's a bit of a difference between winning a championship and losing the last game. Thought Astro fans would grasp that.
The CBT remains an issue for the Astros, who are still shopping setup man Ryan Pressly. If they can't move him, there are a couple other players they could make available to create space and then add externally - https://t.co/zOAZEG8e5f

I feel like this incarnation of Aggie baseball had their shot and didn't win.Marvin said:The Porkchop Express said:

There's also a bit of difference between "can" and "did"… unless you saying the baseball team is not capable of winning a championship.

Mostly because their coach had already resigned without mentioning it to anyone.

There's teams who are willing to trade for Pressly but Pressly isn't making it easy
I think he knows his best years are behind him and he enjoys living in tx. He's already making bank so I don't really blame him. He knows the team is looking to move him so he has the upper hand in possibly agreeing to a trade and to go somewhere and make more money. I mean the Astros agreed to his contract as well. As the godfather said "it's strictly business"Ag_07 said:texasaggie2015 said:

And I want a minor league deal with an invite to ST.
So he doesn't wanna be here and wants out but won't budge on his ridiculous demands and makes it as hard as possible to get moved.
Ok then...STFU and enjoy being a non-leverage middle reliever behind Abreu and Hader.
Pressly has been nothing short of a stud in his time here and an integral part of our Golden Era and I thank him for that, but this is just childish BS that really rubs me the wrong way.

Who says he doesn't want to be here? We don't know that's true. I'm sure he was pissed last year when we signed Hader but that doesn't mean he's pouting and wants out.

I thought it did mean that. Weren't there reports about him pouting, not joining the on-field division celebration, etc.?
