Rangers get Justin Steele today, who's been pretty poor to start the year and has given up a five homers already. Bad news is that it's a 6:40 PM gametime and going to be about 35 degrees and decreasing at gametime. Pretty much the worst baseball weather possible. On the broadcast yesterday they mentioned other games being played in northern cities were getting moved to earlier in the day for Monday, but doesn't look like the Cubs are following that trend.
You come up with pretty specific stats sometime. I imagine if you dig around Baseball Reference enough they have it in there someplace.
