He already declined it. The deadline was back at the start of the offseason.

I don't even care if it is cheap. The only reason we wouldn't want to sign him is because we typically avoid long term deals.

I'd pay him what he's worth for 2-4 years if he'd go for it.

My assumption based on what I've read is that the Framber bridge has burned and it ain't happening.

And I ain't mad about it. You sign him to a cheap and short deal he's sour and there's a decent chance he mails it in. Sign to what he he's looking for and it's a huge overpay.

Resigning him is a no-win situation for the Astros so I would just stay far away and take the free draft pick when he signs elsewhere.

Ive gotten way back into disc golf, which I learned to play at Research Park in 1996. Me and 2 of my old man buddies got on the app UDisc back in October. I've played 55 rounds since and waked 113 miles doing it. Lots of fun with low expectations among friends.

So, is Framber not getting offers better than the Astros? If that's the case, he needs to fire his agent…

If, for some crazy reason, the Astros sign him back, do they lose the draft pick they gained from the QO?

They have not gained the QO pick yet - that only happens when another team signs him.

But it is correct that the Astros would lose the opportunity to gain a comp pick if they bring him back in any capacity.

And needs to sign before the draft. Dallas keuchel declined a qo, signed after the draft, Astros got nothing
