It's basically just Alvarez and Walker these days, with the occasional homer by an understudy. Paredes has been MIA for most of the year, Altuve is in a Grand Canyon sized slump, Yainer and the OF have been bad since 23, and Pena is hurt.

The key requirement to being able to stealing a base is that you actually have to be on base.

Cam's OBA is .299 and Brice is .286.

Between being a bad hitter and a fielder who is prone to making some really bad plays (he's had three objective howlers in the last 2 weeks that no RF should be making), Cam must be making his GM break out in sweats with what to do with him.

It's looking more and more like he needed that time in AAA.

I'm Mr Sell Mode around these parts and no series in May is going to affect anything. I'm just forecasting the inevitable but you have to let things play out into at least mid June and even then you are just building a plan so you are ready yo execute when it's needed. We need some potential trade candidates to come back and show they are healthy anyway.
