And yet, they will still make the tournament having lost this many games down the stretch. Also, they will more than likely look to replace their coach…after having made the tournament. Imagine that standard?!

yeah - i saw that, too. we are in different times when the athletes just quit like that. barker was one of them. she's so talented that she can still score and contribute but watching her play was uninspiring. kind of feel like college was a waste of time for her. she could have really helped us build something here, but she has other priorities.

I'd be happy to see him again in Aggieland when he's retired. Alumni and helped build us into a contender before he left. Not sure why there's so much consternation about him. He did what was best for her career and his family.

One win in the tourney probably would have done it. Even more likely beating the missing noncon buy in games would have seen A&M in.

If left out A&M's WAB of 38 will be the highest ranked team excluded for years to come I suspect and probably the reason Bracketology had a rethink on how close A&M was/is.

Yep. He made the best career decision of his life, with assists from GB and the AD who blocked his advancement. His teams will embarrass the Aggies for the foreseeable future.

You should show proof that an AD who's no longer here did anything of the sort. If he wanted the job here he could have waited for the AD change. He torched that bridge, not A&M

Did he torch the bridge just because he left for a better job for himself and his family? Why would you expect the man to sit and wait for GB to retire? GB was in complete control of his tenure (or so it appears). Honest question - how are we measuring his "torching" of bridges? He has every right to go and prove himself as a head coach. KBW is an example of someone that stayed and put in the work and wasn't offered the position after years and years and years of loyalty and dedication. There was no promise that he would have been given the job.
