That tee shot on 17 was really bad. How a professional golfer can hit it that bad is amazing to me.

That's why I like to watch the early rounds, pre-cut when available on ESPN+. Even the best of Pros will make one realize they are human too.

Cruising along at +3 after 11 then completely forget how to swing a golf club. Proceed to go +8 over the last 7. Fk this game.
Ha, it happens and happened to me today in a different way. I was -3 thru 2 holes then got a quad on hole 3. So I went from -3 to +1 in one hole. Finished with an 83. Still love golf.
Playing the absolute best golf of my life. Multiple rounds in the 60s over the past couple months. Fastest ball speed on driver. Putter working. Finally found an iron swing I like.

thank ya sir, got the good prognosis on no rotator cuff tear when they were in there, so that's good. That, and the bicep pain definitely was worth fixing. It was a pain trigger to keep my elbow tucked in versus letting it fly, so if that makes it easier to keep structure, should help long term.
Oh and it won't hurt too

Just announcing my arrival soon…
Played a quick 9 with some buddies from work. First two holes were atrocious. Decided to just shorten my backswing and make good contact and things started to just feel easier. In the last 5 holes I had 2 birdies and 2 pars including a hole out from 50yds, short sided, over a bunker for one of the birdies. Only ever broken 85 once and get to play a handful of times a year with work, wife, and three kids.
