How meaningful is this data if it does not factor in NIL money? I would think that matters more than anything.
Three of their starters from last year's team transferred out or graduated. Chad Baker-Mazara was also ejected three minutes into that game.mavsfan4ever said:
I hope yall are right that Yale will have trouble with our athleticism. But going off of that reasoning, why did they not have trouble with auburn's athleticism last year?

don't bother with facts, it will just confuse the narrative that people are pushing on here.
Then why did Cal leave UK, they bought the best roster in the country every year.MarcAg said:BQ_90 said:

Honest question. Does athletic department spend matter that much these days? I'm not saying it's not important, but most programs are likely in the same ballpark on spend.
That's staff salaries, travel, food, practice tools, etc, right?
What really matters today is what you are spending on players.
I wasn't saying NIL is only thing that matters. I meant in terms of spending, NIL is what matters over athletic department spend. Coaching obviously matters greatly.BQ_90 said:Then why did Cal leave UK, they bought the best roster in the country every year.MarcAg said:BQ_90 said:

Again if it's ONLY NIL, nothing else matters, why is the baseball team so bad
It takes it all. But there is the notion that we don't spend anything on MBB.

A&M has zero buzz going into the tournament. Most people are picking Yale. I dont think anyone is predicting us to make it the 2nd weekend.
Why is that?

Regarding Coach Cal, he and the AD clashed a lot. He was going to be on a major hot seat this had he stayed. Local media was on him hard saying he was not delivering. Fans were not happy with him. So he reset the clock.
Might be because they are baseball fans and they know that when it rains it pours.GrayMatter said:Because they haven't seen us play?2nd Generation Ag said:
