I don't think we get Wilson back either. Especially if some of the draft/eligibility guys are even remotely possible ( Prager, Evan Aschenbeck)

I'm sorry, but we're going to need a stat-breakdown on that. And are we saying the regional teams, and super-regional teams, and World Series teams we played were all 100x better than the SEC? Chestnut couldn't buy a hit in the postseason. Was a black hole. Surely he's like our 1st guy off the bench to come in at best.

Players have slumps and sometimes those slumos are ill timed no need to be a jerk about him. He was a decent enough hitter in SEC play.

A&M has this fun little thing called a website. There's an athletic department one and even one just for baseball. They are kind enough to post statistics on what actually occurs during each game. These "stats" as we call them are sortable. Go sort away buddy boy.

I thought Kent looked smoothest at third base. Obviously that's probably not happening with the players the Aggies might have. His value is in the amount of positions he can play adequately.

I wonder how open GG is to playing catcher? No direct knowledge on the C front other than he played it in high school, along with a handful of other spots.

I know when we had to move him to left his Dad said he loved it and carried every position glove in his bag daily.

I'm guessing it's not an everyday option but that's a crazy lineup card if so.
