His foot had started to turn when it touched the base and there was still about an inch gap between the glove and his body. He was definitely safe. That was a homer call.

I work with Troy Eklund, who is announcing. Former Pig player in the 80's. Really great dude and is baseball smart. He's unbiased calling games. Thought we had a more than good shot of taking this series.

Just stop using replay. When the opportunity to make the right call is there make the right fing call. If you're not going to use it for that then just stop using it. Complete chicken **** to not overturn that. Just like football SEC fails to hold itself accountable on a play that matters.

They do in football and basketball quite frequently.

Not in baseball. There was a clear blocking the plate in MLB earlier this week they didn't call on replay. Even saw the ball outside of the glove.
