Just curious. Does Jace ever try to get behind a fly ball and come in on it to at least fake an attempt at a throw. He always seems to be drifting back on fly balls.

Lyons was probably just miffed because the pitch before it was strike 3. But, you don't get those calls when you're all over the place with the rest of your pitches.

Announcer keeps saying we're being overly aggressive at the plate when the fact is that we have had 3 or 4 guys swing right through 90 mph fastballs that were waist high. Jace was the only one who swung at an elevated fastball. We need to hit these pitches or we're in big trouble.

We have swung at some bad pitches, particularly early in the count

Thought the same thing. Swung at fastball down the middle and got a reference to being aggressive. Maybe he was talking about the rest of the AB? But it was a full count.
