The SECSports page says that the Pigs are up 9 - 0 over tu in the bottom of the 7th. If Arky gets one more run in the 7th, they will run-rule the sips.

Great game for our ladies. It's a throw-back to softball ten years ago where 1-0 and 2-0 were common softball outcomes.

Seems like there have been a lot of games this year where there were some pretty tight zones

good points all. most likely we will see Tenn's pitcher at least once more, maybe all 3 games unless there is a dbl header. Aggie small ball looks like the deciding factor with just enough power interspersed in the lineup.

I think Coach should shuffle the lineup again, moving Koko back to 1st hitter and KP to 2.
and KK will put at least 1 over the fence this weekend.

I was just coming to post this. I'll update the first post.

It will be interesting to see who Ford rolls with as the starter for game 2. The number two starter spot has been interesting but wouldn't mind seeing Lessentine go out there and see if she can have a quality start and build towards post season play.

Both teams were probably planning to throw their ace in game 3 tomorrow, so it will be a contest of pitching depth today. 3rd straight road series affected by weather.

Probably going to run out several arms in both games and I can see Kennedy coming in to close out both games.

If we manage to take game 2, I would think Kennedy gets the game 3 start and we'll roll with her to try and take the sweep.

I really wish Peters was available.

Coach has primarily tried Grace, Lessentine and Leavitt in game two starts. Grace has been the least effective. Might see Lessentine or Leavitt start in the first game today and go from there.

I also wish Sidne was available. I had her as the Saturday pitcher going in to the season but that got blown up.

As mentioned, catching takes a lot out of Mac. Might have seen her tomorrow but with two games today might see Gracyn and DeeDee.

Their 2nd and 3rd best pitchers also have very good stats. As always, if our bats can wake up we can take 'em but ...

Yup, I hope Sidne Peters can healthy and earn a little bit of time back. She could be a big piece for the post season. Either way, Ford is going to have a plan and that will likely be to use many arms. Kennedy will get the ball in game 2 at the end if it means we can win the series.

I agree with Mac and catching too. No way she can catch these games in a double header. Maybe game 3 as she will likely be the DP in game 2.

You have to hope that Koko's double in her last at bat to score our winning run, will get her going.
