I know that was sarcasm but they are putting solid swings on the ball, when we don't walk them. Our swings have been long and lazy, thus the weak pop-ups.

They have 3 hits, really only two if they had scored that error correctly. Both hits were HRs. We have walked tons, at least that last HBP that she leaned into may discourage her doing that again. Bush league play, she asked for it.

Escobar is probably the best Rise ball pitcher we have seen this year. The pop flies are due to going after a Rise ball and catching on its assent. This pitcher can put her Rise ball in many different levels and that is very difficult for hitters. Escobar is really good. Besides that, Liberty has 49 wins! We shouldn't have had them in our Regional with that record, but the powers that be don't see a problem with that which is ludicrous!!!!!
