Nobody here hates Mike Earley. A lot of us don't want him to be the coach anymore.

Earley is not the answer because players like him... he would be in a much better position if he didn't get swept by the potentially worst team in SEC history, at home.

I genuinely think a lot of sip trolls are posting on here that they want Earley to stay.

Either a sip troll or one of the travel ball parents who think they still get to dictate who's coaching and who's starting.

It's too early to know how good Early will be. I think the best option for A&M is to give him another year. Schloss's first year at UNLV was about the same record wise. Almost identical record to Vitellos first year at Tennessee. He could grow into a great coach or he could bomb. Anyone claiming to know right now what he'll be is fooling themselves.

I have had some concerns since the start of the season though. There were several interviews where he hadn't watched film or read scouting reports on teams the morning of the series. The team seemed to go through periods where focus wained. Hopefully all this is a learning curve issue, but time will tell.

good coaches don't set up secret deals to leave while they are still in season, they don't lash out when they get called out on on their BS, they don't bail on their team and try to take players with them, etc., etc,
