Sooooo…. With all these first timers in the supers….. what is the ( too early) over/under on the Jell-O shots challenge in Omaha?
You know you can pick a team to support and donate to their Jell-O shot challenge from afar!
We did our damage last year to that challenge, and Tennessee barreled right on past our numbers. Granted they had a little help from a certain country musician.

You know ball. Take a blue starOrangeAlert said:Tennessee probably cost themselves a legit shot at Arkansas, who would have been favored even if Doyle was at full strength. Now the lack of a deep pitching rotation is going to bite them in the butt. However, I understand and agree with coach Vitello's thought process of everything is irrelevant if you don't win your regional.EricHill said:Ray Baker said:AggieNattie said:
LSU's bullpen is just not very deep if Eyanson is warming up right now.
Do you have an example of what a deep college bullpen should look like after 4 games in 4 days?
Tenn used Doyle to close their game and ole miss also went to their ace last night. If guys are due for a bullpen session anyway you might as well let them throw an inning or two if your season is on the line. Good coaching there and good management of the staff. Must be nice to have an elite coach. It's amazing how well coached teams seem to "get all the breaks" isn't it
From his many interviews, it is obvious this is not one of his favorite teams. Watch the post game Saturday interview where he says UT's starting pitcher's best days are ahead of them and they will not be while he is at Tennessee and the dude was sitting 2 feet away from him when he said it. He continually harps how this team needs to learn to play as a team and not individuals. The huge difference between this year and last is that he LOVED last year's team and made it clear throughout the year that it was one of, if not, his favorite team ever. He said they were easily coachable, complete team players, and they never believed they were out of a game...EVER...even down 3 to FSU bottom of the 9th.
I was there for that game, so we were definitely apart of those numbers. Favorite part of CWS was how cool all the other fans were to each other. Everyone gets along and a non-stop celebratory atmosphere. Nothing like it.missinAggieland said:Missouri Boat Ride said:I'll set the initial O/U at 38,000.missinAggieland said:Missouri Boat Ride said:

This is last year just before Game 2. I honestly do not know what that number claimed to as a final count.

I still think that you should only be able to have jello shot purchases count if you are physically in the building to receive sad shots.
