It's a complicated mix of "who has been home team/away team" and "how many times each."

I agree. or at least for the championship game. They earned the right for the home team in the final game.

I think that gives too much advantage to the host. They highest seed should be the home team in a final game IMO.

I hated this in our LL/Pony All-Stars. We wore shorts and a pullover t-shirt jersey all year until All-Stars when they made the coaches dress up. The absolute worst.
