Because we effed up against weak opponents early in the season. Yet the SEC put us in the TOP 8. If we took care of business early on, POS would not have needed to pull off any such balderdash to make sure we kept that seed.


I don't see how we are disagreeing then. If games like that couldn't hurt you why would he have needed to do that?

OK, then you are vastly over emphasizing this when it is not that big a factor. If it were we would not, nor would the rest of the SEC, schedule such games. Better?

Neither was I. Maybe we are just talking past each other. I just hate talk about not playing games because it might hurt the RPI or if against quality teams we might take a L. You only get better by playing the games. Let the chips fall where they may.
