The beaches opened up this weekend and there was MAYBE 5% of the normal crowd. I suspect it will be like that with this as well.
I don't think that it is a fact most of us are eventually going to get it. Countries that had well-executed containment strategies like South Korea, New Zealand, etc. have seen their new cases drive down to almost nothing. That wasn't his point. His point was "if we open up too quickly and this thing explodes, we'd have to shutdown in order to preserve our hospital capacity. So, we're doing it slowly to see where we're at." The whole issue is how quickly and how much strain does that put on hospitals?
