In a rematch of a tightly-contest Saturday ballgame, Texas A&M softball had no answers for mighty Oklahoma in the final of the Norman Regional as the top-ranked Sooners run-ruled the Aggies, 20-0. The loss brings Texas A&M's 2022 season to a close.

With Saturday afternoon's rally coming up just short against #1 Oklahoma, Aggie softball pieced together a comeback win in its evening rematch against Minnesota to avoid elimination and advance to the Norman Regional final with Jo Evans' 1,300th career victory.

Texas A&M snaps SEC Tournament skid with win over South Carolina
Powered by Trinity Cannon's three-run double and Shaylee Ackerman's late dominance in the circle, A&M softball earned its first-ever SEC Tournament win after downing South Carolina, 5-3, on Tuesday night. The Aggies will now face fifth-seeded Florida on Wednesday afternoon.

Aggies drop rubber match to No. 5 Arkansas in regular-season finale
Plagued by an early deficit and a four-run fifth inning by No. 5 Arkansas, Texas A&M's rally came up short as they dropped the series finale, 9-5 on Sunday. With the regular season over, the Aggies will now turn their attention to South Carolina in the SEC Tournament.

Despite Emiley Kennedy's six strikeouts, Texas A&M softball was unable to find redemption in Sunday's rematch with No. 7 Oklahoma State, but the Aggies still managed to wrap up the Reveille Classic on a high note with a commanding 9-1 win over Texas Southern.
