I just started watching Cleetus' YT channel last year when he ran those ARCA races with Biffle advising him. He and Biffle were becoming really close friends with their boys close in age. They met when Biffle was doing those rescue flights into the mountains of NC in his chopper and Garrett and his wife went up in their own helicopter and did the same for a few days.

Man Greg seemed like the best dude ever and Garrett lost a close friend and a mentor. Terrible.

That's terrible. I read they were at least able to escape the home, but his father passed away due to injuries sustained. T&P. Very tough off season for NASCAR so far.
