Once I saw Wallace behind Larson I thought had the 5 had the advantage over the 24.

Martinsville is going to be wild next week.

So basically Byron, Logano, Elliot and Blaney all need to win to get in.

That should be fun.

With Bell and Larson separated by a point for elimination if one of the bottom 4 wins.

Stage points will be huge for those two because you have to imagine they will both finish near the front

The aggression level Sat night will be through the roof.

Elliot needs to win. He can't make it on points unless the other 5 guys all wreck and go out lap 1 and Elliot still needs stage points. He's got to win

Logano and Blaney either have to win or pray that one of Larson or Bell wreck out early. Even then only one of them makes it unless both Bell and Larson wreck out early. Thats teammate on teammate violence all day long.

Larson needs to finish ahead of Bell and Bell needs to finish ahead of Larson and both need to not DNF. The loser of the two is out if someone below wins. They really want Blaney, Logano and Elliot to just not win.

Add in soft tires and these guys will be pitting for tires all the time. Speed on pit road at the paper clip and you are down 2 laps.

Too bad this is the same time as the Ags and LSU. This could be more carnage than the football game.

I swear I was listening to the radio today driving in to work and they interviewed the CEO of martinsville and he was talking about the cup race under the lights Saturday.

Sure enough. It's Sunday 1:00.

So everyone who needs to win has now managed to get towards the front of the pack.

If that holds the last 20 or so laps will be full of pushing and shoving.

Denny complaing about Gibbs holding up Bell

It could take a wave around or accident, but Byron could possibly pass Bell in points if he wins Stage 2 and he'd need no new winner from the Chase.

Gibbs did everything he could to hold up Byron and Elliot and just let Bell go past like he was out for a country drive.

Byron needs to be more aggressive with Logano - letting Hamlin and Blaney get away

Toyota may have a bad engine. Or they were testing something with the two cars already in.
