I believe he only did Seasons 2 and 3, Season 2 I think had mixed creative and was pretty weak. Season 3 looks like Terry was fully in control and was pretty good.
It told a darker story, had a compelling mystery, and reunited the Next Gen crew and added some meat to the overall lore. If you ever watched TNG then Season 3 of Picard is probably worth watching. Skip Seasons 1 and 2.
I think this is overall good news and worth being optimistic about. He also did the show running for the 12 Monkeys tv show.

I'm right there with you.
That said, while only Yelena, US Agent, Ghost, and Taskmaster apparently START the team, I'm assuming David Harbour and Sebastian Stan then soon JOIN the team (as, yes, they're both in the movie as well). My guess is, once the core four are double crossed and swear revenge, they then recruit as many helping hands as they can. Which would ultimately include Harbour, Stan, and then I'm also assuming Harrison Ford as Red Hulk, given the title of the movie. They just can't say as much yet since they're keeping Red Hulk a secret for Brave New World, which releases three months prior. Maybe Red Hulk is who's in the vault? Either way, Lewis Pullman as Sentry plays a part as well, I just don't know to what capacity.
Granted, it's not the greatest cast ever, but...
