Loved the NICU fight with baby Cyclops.

The demise of Mesmer was rough. I had to look away.

We still know nothing about Compound V or where it comes from.

I was kind of let down by no showdown between Starlight and either Queen Maeve or Homelander (just how old are those two?).

Erin Moriarty and Dominique Mcelligott are very attractive.

I will be buying at least one of these graphic novels.

Great show, this is the first thing I've watched on amazon prime I've actually really liked. I finished the season this weekend and then went and read the first volume of the comic on prime reading. They more or less follow each other but the show is definitely going in a different direction. I liked the show way more than the comic to be honest, I probably won't pick up the second volume.

I binged the season over the weekend. Good stuff overall, very enjoyable.

Karl Urban was awesome as expected. The lead actress (Erin Moriarty) was also great.

But I think Anthony Starr as Homelander stole the show. He was fantastic.

Finished it last night. damn, that was a lot of fun. just when you thought they were being gratuitous for gratuitous sake, they layer in some solid character development and nuance. hell, even Homelander was done in such a way that you almost feel bad for the way he was raised and could understand why he ended up the way he did.

Finished up last night, really enjoyed that, hope they greenlight season 2 quickly, they can't end the show that way, I'm ready for more.

Casting was great, Karl Urban was outstanding. Homelander, Starlight, Hughie, Frenchy, Elizabeth Shue were all solid, no real complaints on the casting I can think of.

The Deep, so much unexpected comedy.

Violence, over the top, but the story was kept at a high level regardless so it wasn't just gratuitous.

DO NOT LET YOUNG KIDS WATCH THIS SHOW.

I love Amazon Prime on the iPad. Pausing the show you can see every actor in the scene and then click on the actor to see everything else they were in. It really adds something neat.

The second screen function is pretty cool.

Not sure it if works with an iPad. But with a fire tablet, you can watch the show on one screen amd then have that IMDb, character data, etc on the tablet.

That is cool. I wish they would make rewinding and fast forwarding more nuanced though. It sucks donkey balls compared to Netflix/Hulu/HBO.

Wow. That was something. Kind of thought they'd come back to wrap up with The Deep at some point, but I guess they left that for S2.

Excited to see where they take things revealed in the finale.

Am I crazy or was there only male nudity in this season? I don't remember any female nudity. This would be the first show I can remember that had that happen.

This is my favorite show this year. The Deep cracks me the hell up. That character is so well done. Starlight is well written and acted.

I am really enjoying how they are pushing boundaries. I find myself anticipating where they are going and thinking, "no way they aren't going there". And then bam they cross that line.
