think i might go with the Springfield town motto of "A noble spirit embiggens us all" and do 4 regions of 64 each - action, drama, humor, and "intros" - Nick Fury at the end of Iron Man, bearded Cap, Starlord Dancing, that sort of thing - top 4 finishers of each bracket get thrown into a sweet 16 to duke it out at the end.
