If it's anything from Seasons 6-7, I'd say beyond because those were the first ones I had on dvd and saw them probably 5 times through, or more.
I've seen all other seasons maybe twice each.
So Seasons 6-7 of Friends are my Prequel Trilogy / LOTR.
What was the deal with Rachel's nipples anyway?

It really is noticeable/surprising how much better the women have aged than the men.
kudrow's face is looking more and more like rosanne lol.

I wouldn't call Friends groundbreaking, and they fell into sitcom tropes way too often (babies! breakups! weddings! way too many clip episodes). Really like that Lisa Kudrow hasn't had work done. At least, that's what I've read. It definitely seems that way.

In the one clip of them answering questions, Perry is speaking very slowly and is kinda slurring his words. Almost reminds me of a stroke victim. Not sure if he's had any health problems but it seemed pretty noticeable to me.
