That really delivered. Awesome series

Only critique is after economos admitted the dye beard and his sad lonely life it would have been nice to get a peacemaker and economos closure scene like a bro hug or maybe peacemaker giving him a high end beard dye kit. Economos pulling the picture out on the desk just wasn't quite enough.

it's not a rumor and **** you Barry may be the two best lines of the show.
That was a perfect ending to the season. When Adebayo said "activate human torpedo" and flew into the wall was also hilarious.

Agree that the butterflies being a different side of the same coin as Peacemaker was exactly the right call in the end for the villain. Gunn is so good at this.

I had the exact same thought...would have been perfect if he found a L'Oral dye kit in his suitcase with a note attached from Peacemaker "You don't really need this stuff, you f***ing stud, but if so, do it right."

I loved how they used the theme song in the final battle. I thought the opening credits were already gold especially if the dance sequence was supposed to imitate space invaders. There is obviously some meaning in the lyrics that tie into what they are doing, but how well it synced up with that scene (including how the song gradually faded out because of what happened) was brilliantly done!

I could not agree more about the use of the theme song. I was genuinely pumped and even think I let out a "Let's Gooooo!" Overall I can not believe how much I enjoyed this series. Had to really talk myself in to even starting it.

Although it wasn't the theme song it really made me think of the final Deadpool battle and X Gon' Give It to Ya.

I really do see a lot of DNA from Deadpool in this series and anyone I try to get to watch the show I tell them it's a cross between GOTG and Deadpool and I know that's a simplistic take. However, when I ask if they liked both those movies they ultimately answer yes so it's an easy sell. So far everyone I've convinced to watch Peacemaker loved it.

Damn, you can see that rock from space! Good for you Gunn! Knowing they were dating did take a little of the suspense out of the finale since I knew there was no way he would let her die.

I've only seen the 1st four so far (and only through half of page 2 to avoid spoilers), but I'm loving it.

Definitely takes place AFTER The Suicide Squad. Peacemaker has flashbacks of Flagg dying.

Ep 4 was about dear old Dad. The white supremacy stuff was merely a part of that, not a singular focus.

Murn being a butterfly was not a surprise. I had, however, forgotten that Leota was Waller's kid.

How many episodes have they shown so far? Only one season, right?

I LOVE this!! We love 80's hair bands and this perfectly steals everything about them....hair, guitar, hot girls in the videos.


Gunn and I have very similar musical tastes...Faster *****cat, Hanoi Rocks, Crue, etc.

This has got to be one of the more surprising shows I've watched in a while. I thought it was going to be like, okay but nothing special, but the wife and I loved this show.
