For some reason, that reminds me I tried watching MacGruber on the TV recently. The cemetery scene would've earned a walk from me.SockDePot said:
Girl I briefly dated many many many years ago was Nicolas Cage fan. Went to see 8mm. Movie started to go the raunchy porn route, which I was excited to see her reaction. She was not as excited with the direction and we got up and left.

I wanted to walk out of Reds. I think I was around 8 years old when it came out. Parents made me go with them. Longest movie ever for a kid. Unfortunately I was slightly too young to drive to get the heck out of there. It clearly left a mark.
I've had the same thought during many of the really long movies I've seen in recent years. The intermission in older movies like Lawrence of Arabia were much needed. Would have been good for movies like Endgame or this latest Avatar flick.swc93 said:
Wish intermissions would return; I remember Gandhi and I think Out of Africa even had one.
Avatar - Way of Water needed a piss break. Only one person in our row didn't get up to go.
Yeah, I didn't budge but damn I pissed a river right after.maroon barchetta said:
Endgame was incredible on opening night and I wouldn't have left my seat for anything, but I had to pee like a racehorse after the credits finished rolling.
