Never watched season 4. Worth it?
It was my least favorite, had some moments but if memory serves COVID got in the way during shooting and they had to shut down, then revamp later which with actors schedules required some rewriting of original script. It was a little disjointed, personally I'd still watch it though
Was that the one with Chris Rock? I tried to watch....but lost interest. Will be difficult to beat season 2.
I hadn't seen a single trailer for season 5 until looking this one up just now. Feels like a lot of the buzz wore off after last season.

I really hope it's good...I need a show to watch and I loved the first three seasons. I like Juno Temple and Hamm so maybe this will get back on track.
Season 1 was very good and season 2 was absolutely amazing. It's been meh ever since.

Yes with Chris Rock.
I liked season 4, it's still better than most shows and was interesting to see Rock in a more dramatic role. It has a few cool tie-ins to the other seasons as well, but as Fargo goes it's one of the weaker ones. It's tough to beat s1 and especially s2.

I loved the first 3 seasons but couldn't get through season 4. Just couldn't get into it. I have high hopes for this one. Nice to see Dave Foley from KITH in the trailer!
If you make it to the last episode, there are a few good things in it. However it is a long journey probably not worth the payout unless you are a big "Fargo" fan.Jimmy McNulty said:

Season 4 started with a lot of promise, but largely didn't work for me.

I've seen it so didn't care, but would suck to ruin a cool moment for folks who haven't had a chance to watch. No need for spoiler tags as we get into discussing the show, but I wouldn't expect someone calling out moments from the first ep an hour or two after it dropped.

Not a big deal and not needed in general once the show gets going, just figure it never hurts to be careful right when the season has started and people are finding the show.
This is crazy stuff so far, can't wait for the rest. Lots of characters to sort out

Fargo's back!
Liked the first two episodes but the actress playing the matriarch's acting was absolutely terrible. Really took me out of the rest of the show.
She's come a long way since Fast Times at Ridgement High...
Loved the first two episodes and really liked the callbacks to the original movie with her son named Scotty, like in the original, and that Dot's knitting while the intruders come up to her back window. Of course she's got a little more spunk than Jean Lundegaard.
Also it took me a beat but Jon Hamm's son is played by none other than Steve Harrington from Stranger Things...but of course without the big mane of hair.

I have a feeling Jon Hamm may steal the show in this one, his two monologues so far have been pretty epic.
Very intrigued to dig in and learn more about Dot and her background and however some other things get wrapped in and connected like they always do in Fargo.
