Speaking of which, every time Cooper and Ariana start talking my wife and I both think here goes Kasey and Monica brooding again. Only thing missing is the goofy kid wandering around talking about bones and boners. Sheridan must have been dumped bad by a brown woman somewhere.
I get that this show is quite satirical, but this last episode is the first one that we didn't like. Just a lot of lazy writing/plot.

I would assume they start counting at what (theoretically, at least) would be 1st Street. There is no actual 1st Street that crosses Grandview. If there was, it would be south of the tracks.
I suppose I could drive over there and see but since this is all fantasy anyway, I don't care.

Dale is good but since Sheridan used him in Wind River and how well he played the disgusting, unapologetic rapist, I can't even hardly look at him. I know he's an actor, but he was just too realistic in Wind River.

I like Rebecca and her response to the Cooper/Adriana situation. Just finishing the episode. Nate is showing he's got a pair.

I one time over 10 years ago had a meeting over something medical in my previous career where the department head, another "official" and then, "poof", someone from HR showed up without my knowledge. I just leaned back in my chair and said "wow, this really feels like a meeting that I should have my legal counsel present" - I could have laughed out loud at how they tripped over themselves and the meeting was over in 5 minutes with a "just wanting to check in that all was well for you and we can see it clearly is".

For me that might have been the episode of the series.
Also that Rebecca scene in the police station was perfect. Not sure how she got this cop's whole resume driving there in 7 minute but I don't give a ****. I enjoyed it.

They've announced there will be a third season.
I know, I saw that... but they wrapped it up in a way that felt like they were done.
I do feel like Ainsley is going to be written out of the show and be a guest moving forward. I do no see much point she has any more being pretty much permanently in Forth Worth and the growing up conversation felt like a good bye.
There is going to be some setback next season where Andy Garcia is going to threaten Angela and Tommy is going to have to ask for a week to resolve it. no other point to that conversation.
So is that it for Demi's character?
Great finale. Redeemed the season.
