But the larger point is that stories are universal, and we really need to get to a point of casting the best people for roles, which means far more BIPOC Representation.
There is quite a bit of evidence that at least some, and perhaps many, of the marble statues were in fact painted.Sea Speed said:
Actually I think they would all be made of white marble.

With all due respect to Matt Damon, I kinda wish Sean Bean was cast to reprise his role from Troy.

I've been told the same thing by many, but that sort of verbosity was borne out of too much time in urban environments imo. Have been hiking more often and feel much more relaxed as a result.
Nolan has never used much CGI in his movies. He's never had a fully digital character, so it will be interesting to see what he does with some of the more mythological characters in the story.Lathspell said:
Trust Nolan to actually still build amazing sets. So happy not to see green screens.
He'll work with some bio-genetic-engineering firm to create the real thing. Duh.Quad Dog said:Nolan has never used much CGI in his movies. His lack of CGI is actually a critique of mine. Dark Knight Rises and Dunkirk both needed some CGI crowds to show the mass of humanity both at the football game and the 400K men that are marooned on the beach. I can't watch either now without those scenes bugging me.Quad Dog said:Nolan has never used much CGI in his movies.
