Apologies for the late score update, I have some kind of virus I got from my kids that just saps the strength right out of you.

Big ups to our three players who were >20 points last night, caleblyn (24.5), cheese Sandwich (21.5) and DoItBest (24.5). This is the first time in 1-1/2 seasons that DoItBest is ahead of his wife in the standings, so I'm sure it will be just a coincidence when the "Honey Do" list triples this weekend.

I was very pleased to see the "rolling your eyes at Coach" bonus feature unlocked at Tribal Council last night. Tiffany had 2 and Dee had 1, worth 1 point each. Tiffany, picked by nobody in the original pick, continues to be the game's overall points leader with 25.

Losing Dee right after picking her up is gonna hurt in the long run

Lots picked Cirie but I specifically avoided her since she is very likely to be first out/sit out and very unlikely to win challenges. Wouldn't be mad if she wins this season but the rest of the cast would have to fumble pretty hard to let her get that far.

Who said it worse? Coach making up the word "Galliantly" or Rick Devens saying he wouldn't "cow tail" (kowtow) to anyone?

Coach really seemed to think nobody had made up a haiku before I need to go back and screenshot Joe's face when Coach is standing over him in the hammock telling him a haiku. It was an all-timer.

Stephenie probably cost herself another immunity idol win by going on the journey. But still made it through.

Feels like Ozzy really unlocked his old self with the immunity win. I can see him and/or Jonathan/ Stephenie really start dominating the immunity challenges that are purely physical.

Shouldn't they immediately target Aubry next knowing she has no idol ?

A huge moving day for the TexAgs pick'em, with DoItBest and Eso Si taking over first place together with 99 points, as long-time leader Saxsoon got it on both ends (TWSS), losing The Tide Walker and Chrissy in one fell swoop.

I'm terrible at math. Is it (1/6)*2 = 33% or 2/12 = 17%?

If exactly one shot in the dark is drawn is 10/36. Then there is one situation where both are drawn so the odds are 11/36 or 30.6%. It would not have been the worst play

I think it's turned into a cool kids versus others season. no one is voting for Chrissy or Coach to win. They annoy everyone.

No one is really playing beyond their relationships.

I remember an interview with Jeff after Adam's stunt in S40 where he tried to find an idol at tribal. Jeff said there will never be an idol at tribal because they don't want people ripping apart the set looking for something. I am shocked nobody remembered this and called out Devens as he pulled off his stunt.

They will let Devens slide this time because it's good TV. I bet it will be banned in the future.

Here's the thing…

I absolutely know Cirie must go.

And, when she shows back up, I'm definitely gonna listen to her. And this is why she is dangerous and must go.

Cirie is a great ally to have because you know she isn't going to win individual immunity, and she is CRAFTY.

Her best hope is that Ozzy or Rizzo win immunity at 4 and take her to the final (which, if they do that is STUPID, unless they really think they have a better case to win -- Good Luck!). Otherwise, she likely won't win a fire challenge, and likely won't win individual immunity. I get why people want her out, because everyone loves her, and if she gets to the in is definitely the most dangerous player to take it all, but her path to the end is precarious. There is a reason she has never sat in the finale.

She could have another path, but I doubt she will choose it. She could cozy up with Stephanie, now that she is in the minority, and get to the end with her. Bring some other gals with them, like an Emily or Aubrey. They could be easier to temp into bringing her to the final after 4 too.

But the work she has to do is to get close enough with people that they bring her to the final and they have to be stupid enough to think they will beat her with the jury. I'm not sure that any of the players are that dense. Save for maybe Ozzy.
