Heard a story a few years ago about a drunk 20-30 YO fireman banging on the door and trying to get in 'his' house (wasn't his) and was shot and killed through the door by a neighbor who thought he was breaking in. No charges filed there either. It does happen, but you don't hear about it much.VaultingChemist said:The son of my neighbor was shot and killed when he tried to enter what he thought was the house of a friend. He had the wrong address and the woman that was alone in the house thought he was trying to break in. She was not charged for shooting him.ABATTBQ11 said:
He did not enter the house. Homeowner shot him through a glass door.
