this is best case scenario for Israel. They need to figure out how to fan the flame of the protestors as much as possible without being too closely associated or supportive.

The million dollar question is are the people protesting against Hamas going to be more moderate than Hamas, or will they turn out to be even more hard-line somehow than Hamas.

Best way to avoid having to relocate any Palestinians from Gaza is to have Hamas eliminate them for you. Make no mistake protesting Hamas in Gaza is a death sentence for all involved.

I fully expect Israel to eventually wipe the slate clean there. One way or another.

there have been THOUSANDS of Arabs who have fled the Gaza Strip in the last 15 months

even a new pilot program for workers to go to Indonesia.

Israel is working to expand this.

that is the only thing that Hamas cares about- their territory and if they are increasing their army

This is encouraging, though, as of course Iran is the real power behind all of the Houthi, Hamas, and Hezbollah…organizations.

Trump rarely bluffs. Exaggerates, demands an extreme 'thing' etc., sure.

If the text isn't shown, the B-2's/build up at Diego Garcia are not 'unrelated' to the 2 month deadline Trump gave Iran. I assume we'll need a separate thread for Iranian actions, if that happens, but for now don't want to start one.

The deadline I think is for nukes but also for ending much of the terrorism they foster regionally including via Hamas. From the first reply (lol, 'fake l Ron Hubbard'):

I think some people think calling Hamas a "death cult" is just hyperbole or exaggeration, but it is real. That is what they are. They worship the death of Israeli Jews and train their kids that the highest role they can fulfill in life is dying in the act of killing Jews via martyrdom or otherwise. Until we can break that cycle, there is nothing to negotiate with them. As long as their entire focus is on attacking and attempting to destroy Israel, all you are doing is just trying to negotiate when their next attack will be. No cease fire or peace with them has ever been successful and there is nothing in their current actions to suggest in any way that they want peace. Hamas is not negotiating a peace; they just want the bombing to stop so that they have a chance to rearm themselves and try again.

She also lied about it being Israel that "broke the ceasefire"

when in REALITY the Phase I ceasefire ended with the release of the last body of the hostages.

and when Hamas REFUSED every American ceasefire plan for Phase II.

This may be a question for LMCane because he's very plugged into this war, but what happens when the IAF takeout those Turkish S-400s and Turkish troops that man them are killed? Turkey is a NATO member, but I doubt Trump sides with them and I hope he doesn't. If we don't though, then this could be the event that dissolves the NATO alliance, which I don't have a problem with.

There's the thing. Israel did not attack the territory of a NATO member since Turkish forces are in Syria. If Turkey aligns with Israel's enemies (Ezekiel 38 for Bible scholars) it falls afoul of other NATO members.

The fact that Turkey is buying S-400s from Russia and deploying them in Syria to protect islamists from Israel is pretty much the story of why Turkey doesn't belong in NATO as long as Erdogan is the dictator in charge there. They have not been a good ally to NATO for many years.
