I respectfully disagree. My opinion is based on having a large number of German family members still living and working in Germany…a very few of which are Trump supporters. My mother in law was smuggled across from then East Germany to West Germany. Their strong opinion is that there is little chance their neighbors will wake up before they pass the point of no return. The propaganda machine and resulting social pressures are just too great.

Those persons who object to free speech were those little kids who were not taught to respect their parents or any form of authority for that matter. Parents spared the rod and raised radical militants who insist on their own free speech, but not others.

What would be common sense ones and plans of those? ---- though can see if plans and ideas means the encouraging of household building and population growth like they did, that may have a role today. What is the Holocaust trivializing refer to --- real deniers, or more like pushing back against continual national guilt the way the left uses slavery here? It can matter.
