I think the DFW virtue-signaling/entitled crowd are possibly more obnoxious and rude than the Houston equivalent. The Highland Park Mercedes drivers are the center of the universe and everyone else on the road are just simple cretins.

I should've also added the Subaru drivers, but for a different reason. Those aging lesbians are going to homestead the left express lane and don't care they are blocking up two lanes while doing it.

As you can tell, I have a lot of time on my hands analyzing other drivers.

Tesla owner here as well. That description is accurate of myself, too. I bought mine for simple economics. I have a job that reimburses me mileage, and I typically drive about 75 miles a day. The IRS doesn't make a distinction between an ICE and an EV for write offs. I'm surprised more people don't see the financial sense of owning an EV. That said, our family has two other ICE vehicles that I don't plan on getting rid of anytime soon. I think there is a place for both.

This is today's reminder that Democrats aren't serious people and that everything is about virtue signaling. Not a damn thing has changed about Tesla cars yet they won't buy them because Elon got involved in politics for the other team which to them means the car they're supposed to love is now unworthy. I hear it consistently from my lefty mother. So and so isn't a good person so she wouldn't buy their product or vote for them. Their perception of how good a person a public figure is matters more than policy which is think is because they don't really have any principles and don't have any depth of understanding of the real world. The fact that their perception is 100% fabricated by the government is lost on them.
The federal government was never meant to be this powerful.

Where do you live? I haven't experienced this at all.

In Houston that title belongs to those driving a Dodge that is not a truck, and it's not even close.

ETA reading more posts I thinking you are talking DFW, which I don't have experience.

The left hate for all things Musk continues to build and at some point it's going to reach deadly levels (if it has not already).

News this morning is that Musk's personal security detail has now been deputized and US Marshals are providing additional support due to the drastic increase in threats to Musk. Keep in mind the Musk likely received daily death threats before ever taking the red pill and supporting Trump.

There is a stark contrast between left and right tactics in politics (and beyond). The right believe in democracy and that you vote for folks who will represent your common interest and effect change through new ideas, fixing broken ideas, and following the legal process.

The left uses any and all tactics focused primarily on stopping, quieting, silencing and killing any opposing voice. Their goal is unadulterated power and permanent elimination of those who dare challenge that power.

Hmm I actually have jury duty on Apr 1. I hope it is not a rape trial and I can get out of there after wasting a few hours.

Stop crying about CEOs. They don't care about you. Develop some self-preservation instincts. Think about your family and descendants, not some sleazy sociopath rich guy.

There's a downside to everything which must be carefully considered. If you are a whistle blower, someone may "delete" you. If you lay people off just to inflate your already inflated bonus, someone may just go nuts and do bad stuff. You are cleverly trying to make it like I am justifying it which shows you don't understand nuance.
