I've maybe gone overboard a few times about EV's/Tesla fandom, but this really makes me very likely to consider getting one. I detest Democrats.

I just bought one. It's a fantastic car. Amazing drive. My first choice was a Mustang GT. And while this doesn't drive like one, and doesn't look as cool, but i was sold in 5 minutes of driving it. (also , much cheaper :-) )
An EV will never be our only car, but its great as a second car.

Due to the deterioration of the battery, I hadn't ever considered buying any EV.

However, leasing one has my attention. Factoring in premium fuel, pricey oil changes, ridiculous repair prices lately, hilariously bad MPG and not averaging more than 500 miles per month being driven, it starts to make sense to me, admittedly. I drive a 2016 BMW X5M. Stupid, vanity purchase. I've given thought to leaving the keys in it in South Dallas, asking that when it's stolen, to please part it out ASAP so it can't be recovered by the police :-)

Yeah, we're thinking of buying one for city driving and keeping the F250 because a truck is always handy, the Lexus SUV for hauling kids around, long trips and the 04 Lexus sedan because it only has 53k miles on it and looks like new.
