My question is: Should rapists and criminals who the files could bring to justice be allowed to live without consequences because all non victim information won't be released?

I mean, at the end of the day, those on the right enjoying the files not being fully released must know that in doing so the men who raped minors are loving these redactions as much as those on the right who are enjoying seeing them there.

I think anything that won't harm victims should be released but I'm under no impression that this release will result in charges being filed.

I think all of the victims cannot testify as part of their victim compensation fund specifically set up to protect the pedophiles from prosecution.
