Shipwrecked said earlier today that it doesn't apply to federal officers.

But this is interesting

Quote:

Hate to be the lead ant at a picnic but...

Since Operation Arctic Frost is the investigation that matured into the U.S. v. Trump case filed in DC...

And since a few million pages of discovery was produced to the Trump defense in that case between August 2023 when it was filed and when the Supreme Court took up the immunity question...

Some/all these Arctic Frost documents being sent by a whistleblower to Congress should have been in the discovery produced to the defense.

The defense was led by Dep AG Todd Blanche.

I see a whole other layer of difficulties if that didn't happen.

Well well well…… interesting turn of events

"The attempted interview began at approximately 7:20 am and was approximately 44 minutes in length. The voluntary non-custodial interview of TABAS was surreptitiously recorded by the interviewing agents utilizing two covert recording devices that were secured on the persons of the interviewing agents. The resulting audio recordings were downloaded and submitted to the FBI's ELSUR Unit for evidentiary storage. ...The following is an interview summary. It is not intended to be a verbatim account and does not memorialize all statements made during the interview. The recording captures the actual words spoken. "

Now, why is that interesting? IT IS A VIOLATION OF PA LAW! PA is a two-party consent state -and NO ONE can be recorded without their knowledge or consent. recordinglaw.com/party-two-part… The names of the lawless FBI Agents are redacted. Those names need to be PUBLISHED and they need to be fired, disciplined, and Lawrence (who is a friend of mine) needs to sue them for illegally recording his VOLUNTARY conversation with them. @AAGDhillon @EdMartinDOJ @mrddmia @BasedMikeLee @SidneyPowell1 @JackPosobiec @bennyjohnson @ItsYourGov @MegynKellyShow @JudicialWatch @TomFitton

Correct my memory of this, but during the Flynn investigation, wasn't it stated that FBI agents didn't record interviews? They were all hand-written notes. Am i misremembering?

You're correct it has been policy dating back to Hoover that interviews were recorded in writing on 302's

That is correct. From their notes the agents then write a 302 report.

I've been a long time Verizon customer and have been considering switching to AT&T because their coverage is better where I live but based on the recent news I'm getting serious about it.

I'm confused about something though and am hoping one of you legal types can explain this. Is compliance with a subpoena considered voluntary? How was AT&T able to ignore it? And why did they then comply with Boesberg's order to keep the subpoena secret?

It would be nice to think there's still a few democrats that would take Boesberg's impeachment seriously but I know better.

They were probably able to ignore it because they are so big and powerful. They could imply they would also turn over MORE than what subpoenaed if had to take to court. Think of who that might be among the Bidenites.

Their legal department stated anything Ted Cruz said on Jan 6 was protected by speech and debate clause and could not be used to justify a subpoena .

I agree but so many of them view it as just political posturing or justified political action. That's what scares me even more is when they come back into power, their actions will be even worse. They almost got us too far down that road already.

Hopefully, something can be done to rein it in but I'm not really optimistic of that happening unless you cut the head off. That head is the money from Soros and the likes.
