This is absolutely correct.

Consider, if Trump was what the Democrats and MSM (same thing) keep saying, he would be using this combination of the `6 sedition' and this atrocity shooting of National Guard after weeks of MSM anti national guard posturing -- using it to declare martial law or similar and expel every Islamist on those grounds. Definitely should use it as reason to boot all illegal violent out, courts or no courts.

That's if he is what they keep claiming he that he is, but is in fact not. And not a few are approaching not minding if becomes.

Just my mind working a case as we know it right now. Center mass with a following head shot. Way to clear a room and move on. Training.

Well more than a sign. Not many amateurs would think of doing a double tap. I probably would just because I am from Texas have been raised with guns and military or law enforcement for decades. Also live in a rural area. Putting animals (such as feral hogs) down might need a second shot after you track them. I am not much for deer hunting as my grandfather was the guy who left deer camp with one rifle bullet and came back with a buck.

He taught me.

The man who shot and seriously wounded two West Virginia National Guard members near the White House on Wednesday afternoon has been identified as Afghan national Rahmanullah Lakanwal, according to the FBI.

Lakanwal emigrated to the United States during President Joe Biden's chaotic military withdrawal from Afghanistan in August 2021, the New York Post reported.

He arrived through a program called Operation Allies Welcome, per The New York Times. The Biden-era initiative provided safe haven to Afghans looking to flee Taliban rule in their country.

Even if only 10% of the 10 million illegal aliens who entered the US during the Biden Administration are convicted of crimes besides illegal entry into the US, there would be an additional 1 million criminals that should not be in our country. There are already too many US citizens who are criminals and psychopaths. We don't need to voluntarily import millions more. Screw the Democrats pushing for immigration policies that offer a path to legalization for undocumented immigrants.

Fox is reporting he worked with CIA and an Afghan partner force in Kandahar. My guess is when his visa expired in September he knew the Taliban would execute him the second he set foot back on Afghan soil if deported. He probably felt betrayed and desperate. This seems like an act of revenge and death on his terms.

I dont like bringing so many here but the reality is there are many who worked with us who will face intense consequences on return. What do we do with those people who allied and fought beside us? Sending them back to certain death doesn't seem like the right thing to do.

At least one story says that the current administration granted him asylum earlier this year either before or after he overstayed his visa.

In any case, we should not admit foreigners to live in the US unless they are fully willing to assimilate into the US.

Yes, they are granting asylum requests.



According to this graph, the number of asylum rejections has gone up in 2025, but we are still granting asylums. It looks like about 2,000 asylums per month are being granted.

He had been here for 3.5 years and hadn't harmed anyone.

Perhaps he was (in his mind) betrayed by the US after fighting alongside us and had no desire to harm anyone until he was told he had to go back to Afghanistan knowing full well he'd be killed there. If reports are true about his working with the CIA in Kandahar (the Taliban's home city and stronghold), the betrayal he felt must have been immense. Seems like he snapped.
