You have a complete misunderstanding of what the support for Israel is coming from. No one I know who supports Israel from a Christian perspective thinks Salvation comes apart from Jesus. That doesn't eliminate the Jewish status in the Bible at all. Think of it as the Jews being God's chosen example of humanity in a nutshell.

If your support for Israel the nation state based scripture then you must also support all Christians having equal share of the land. We are JOINT heirs to the promises to Abraham. Not in part.
