In this case, it appeared he was in the middle of the street obstructing traffic, he even waves down an oncoming car.
This unfortunate man was incited by dangerous rhetoric spewed continuously by the corrupt governor and mayor and was used by them to create chaos. They have been doing this to cover up the fraud perpetrated on the citizens of Minneoand the federal government
We really need to rewrite our laws concerning libel and slander.

Most favorable interpretation: he'd just taken pepper spray to the face, fell on ice, and was grabbing at the only thing within reach as he resisted getting pulled back by the officer.

That said: regardless what happened in the pile, he'd made multiple bad decisions to be in that position in the first place.

Again it does not matter if he is armed or not. He is actively fighting multiple officers with guns. All that has to happen during an extremely chaotic event is for one officer to feel a tug on his sidearm and yell gun. At this moment deadly force is justified.

Is that worthy of him being beaten by a crowd of ICE and then shot and killed?

REALLY? Is that the government you want?

Not to mention the voracious lying from Trump/ Miller/ Noem. NOTHING they said about him was accurate, except that he had a gun on him. As was his 2nd amendment right.

Just for clarification- at no time was he obstructing. BUT IF HE WAS, that situation didn't show ANYTHING that warranted an execution.
