Funny how Don's attorney doesn't seem to understand that Don's right to a free press isn't a right when he takes away someone else's Constitutional right to practice their religion.

Exactly, he was active in the storming. You don't get to just accompany criminals and interview while they're committing crimes and say, "it's ok! I'm press"

Plus, Lemon was advocating for a side, its on video when he's "interviewing" several church members. He's not taking the position of an impartial journalist but rather that of a media spokesperson for the church invaders. His opinions and thoughts on the matter are clear, he's picked a side. That kind of destroys his "i'm just an impartial journalist/observer" narrative to me anyway.

did Don disrupt the Church service because of :
1. his blackness?
2. His Gayness
3. His so called Journalist credentials?

And an idiot. When he singled handedly retracted that sweetheart plea deal for Hunter in front of the judge? Under the guise of if the judge did not agree to the plea deal then they were retracting it?

Are you freaking kidding me? What else can the judge do at that point other than adjourn saying, "See you at trial."

Wasn't he asked to leave, too? Freedom of the press doesn't get infringed when a private property owner tells you to leave. If it does, I'm now a reporter and the athletic department better let me watch the game from the sideline this fall.

leftists are so insane they literally believe

that as long as they are carrying a phone and recording what they are doing-

they can commit any type of crime they want to.

I am glad federal agents arrested Don Lemon, Trahern Jeen Crews, Georgia Fort, and Jamael Lydell Lundy, in connection with the coordinated attack on Cities Church in St. Paul, Minnesota. They crossed the line from First Amendment-protected free speech to violating other people's right to worship.

Pulled over for DUI.

I'm and independent journalist studying the effect of driving intoxicated and law enforcement. I was weaving on purpose.

When you taught that on any given day of the week you can use the bathroom of your choice depending on your identification, then trotting out lame excuses is you jam.

She needs to be told to STFU, hire a lawyer and hope the judge was a Biden appointee.

That conspiracy charge is supported by a buttload of overt acts. Twenty or so. IMO, solid charge

“It was miraculous. It was almost no trick at all, he saw, to turn vice into virtue and slander into truth, impotence into abstinence, arrogance into humility, plunder into philanthropy, thievery into honor, blasphemy into wisdom, brutality into patriotism, and sadism into justice. Anybody could do it; it required no brains at all. It merely required no character.”

If these people are convicted what type of punishment are they facing?

The easiest charges to prove are up to a $10k fine and 1 year in prison. But, if you start tacking on some of the other potential charges related to intimidation and whatnot, some of these people could be facing up to 20 years.

We will have to see what all of the formal charges are, but almost all of these people are looking at felonies, which a felony conviction F's your life up all by itself, and all face potential jail time.
