So, to be sure as Frisco goes, so too will other suburbs of DFW? This D Magazine cover will soon not be relevant?
The suburbs are lost. Southlake is still majority caucasian but Indians are rapidly moving in. Only the wealthiest DFW burbs remain majority caucasian/American. Southlake, North Dallas, Trophy Club, Flower Mound, Argyle, Lantana, Keller, Westlake, Colleyville. And most of these will be overtaken by foreigners in the next 10 years. DFW is completely unrecognizable from what it was just 15-20 years ago. It's Mexindiastan now.
But we get more diversity and food options, don't we?
Housing and renters market is ridiculous, the job market sucks, the infrastructure is over capacity and bursting at the seams, hospitals and schools are overcrowded, Americana and American culture and values are in terminal decline and being replaced by unassimilable foreigners who only care about themselves, our communities are completely unrecognizable from what they were just a generation ago, but think of all of the benefit(s?)! We get new food!

Yeah I completely understand that. But the Indians themselves play a part in scamming, gaming, rigging the system as well. A lot of them aren't here by honest means. I don't think most people really get how much fraud and scamming is involved in this, if they knew the scope and entirety of what's going on, they would be furious. But it's only allowed to happen because these corporations lobby for it and our politicians then let it happen. Just a disaster all the way around and we have to put a stop to it.

I grew up in Grand Prairie, and Mayor Ron Jensen ruined the city. It is lost to Democrats for generations now. Mass apartment expansion, increased public housing, and a host of other pro-Democrat policies implemented during his time.

How many of these people are in a medical practice or engineering firm here in America?

Sure, better politicians would stand up to the pressure and actually prioritize native-born Americans. That's their job. No argument there.
But these corporations aren't passive actors in this. They lobby for higher caps, softer wage rules, and weak enforcement because tied visa labor gives them leverage and cost control. They fund the pressure. They write the talking points. They push the policy.
If there's large-scale abuse, it exists at this scale because corporations want it to. Politicians may fail to stop it but corporations are the ones driving it.

My understanding is the Dali Llama "Blessed" Collin County area when he was here on a visit and told his people back home that this was a wonderful place for them to move.
And they have. Try going to Sam's in The Colony....... I work in Frisco and they are probably half of our clients (work at a Body Shop...... and they all come in with the "Student Driver" stickers)
To be fair…. Indians are going to be pretty over represented at a body shop. The moms tend to use curbs at school drop off like they're gutter bumpers at the bowling alley.
This happened in Frisco, Texas.

Thousands of indians in the public spaces. Indian flags everywhere. All for their politician back in India. Not one American flag. Not one “USA” sign.
That’s not the look of people who are putting America first. They live here, they work here… pic.twitter.com/MpwhKUvQ7s

Gotta bump this thread with this insane story. Over 45% of all FISD students are Indian, and now 5A Frisco Independence HS has so few kids willing to play football that it may have to cancel its football program.

This is one big aspect of the fraud people have no clue about. Lots of them with fake credentials in jobs they are vastly or completely unqualified for. The incompetence amongst the grand majority of H1B's is staggering.

I lived in Frisco from '95 thru Nov '25.
My daughter graduated HS in '21. She went K-12 with probably 40 other kids. It was wonderful for her.
FISD is running into a huge problem due to the cost of housing. Young families cannot afford to buy a home in Frisco where the median home price was recently around $600K.
The families we know are looking to leave as their kids finish school, but the housing market and job market are killing that. They have homes that are(or are nearly) paid off. Sure they have tremendous equity, but any kind of housing upgrade they might look for would eat up all that equity and then some. Plus, they are all of an age now where finding new jobs is not the easiest thing in the world.
Are H1B visas the reason young "white" families can't afford Frisco housing and Asians can? Maybe.
We loved the time we spent there. Would I move there now? Not a chance.
There is only 1 HS in Frisco where you will find a non-Asian name in the Top 10 Graduates that gets posted every year. Who's fault is that? By the way, our daughter finished 4th in her class and the Valedictorian was a blonde-haired, blue-eyed girl. You won't see that again anytime soon.

I grew up in Lewisville. Growing up, I can't remember ever hearing the name "Frisco". I graduated high school in 2005. I remember coming back from college one summer and hearing people talk about Frisco. I had to ask what was so special about a giant prairie.
Point being, it's not really fair to talk about "White flight" in Frisco when comparing now to when it was basically and empty prairie.
Though I do agree we should curtail immigration.

They would not have much of a football team but I suspect they will rule the state in spelling bee competitions and cricket championships. And I thought the increased interest in soccer due to the Mexican invasion was the last of our changes in high school competitions, but I was wrong.
