If this was a real attack, he deserves plenty of time in federal penitentiary.
If you were facing several years in federal penitentiary, and it was a fake attack, I wonder if he may decide to tell the truth.

I also think it is real. Its been my experience that Somali women are very aggressive - and you've seen it in her demeanor before in public. It wouldn't be unlike her IMO to charge the guy as a basic instinct.
