Pakistan or India would likely be the only two nuclear power countries, besides Russia, that could be agreed upon as the recipient is my opinion.

Iranian diplomats reportedly believe that the hardliners will be more open to negotiations if Trump stops threatening them so much.

Regarding the nuclear dust, at some point we will establish the ability to conduct the operation ourselves. I could see that happening sooner rather than later.
Rather than let Iran continue to even discuss nuke particles, enrichment, etc - we take out what little remains of their program, take our the research reactors and similar reactors, and we retrieve the dust ourselves.
I would further suspect this to happen then an announcement made after it is done. It will not be discussed nor negotiated. It will just be.

Wouldn't that be a a logistical nightmare? Wouldn't those forces face extreme challenges from IRGC forces? I'm just not well versed on how an operation like that would be possible.

The plan outlines a phased approach: end the conflict first, then address control of the Strait, and only afterward discuss Iran's nuclear program.

Just start the bombing up already. This is going nowhere. Kill off Vahidi and Qaani, and let's see if the next person is more interested in speaking.

This is what Reagan called "rug merchant type of stuff." It's a trap that offers nothing of substance for nothing of cost to Iran. Keep up the economic pressure. I understand and sort of agree with the instinct to bomb. However continuing the economic pressure is very likely to make the Iranians lash out. You can pull the trigger on them at any time. Let them lash out or when you need to close down a missile city or other target they're getting up. We know we're doing a lot of drone and other overflights right now. Probably real time targeting. I'm good with patience right now. Less exposure on our side and we keep damaging them.
The next piece is to use cyber to hit their banking sectors. Taking out even more of their ability to opperate economically is going to really squeeze them further.

Nonstarter. There cannot be an Iranian control of the Strait that can unilaterally close it on a whim.
A friend who is close the Gulf Arab states tells me China is preventing Iran from making a deal. That makes sense to me because a deal would expose Chinese involvement in Iranian terrorism and its nuclear weapons program.

This confirms ~ 13-day onshore storage estimate: Iran is now using containers and "junk storage" (disused tanks in poor condition) in Ahvaz and Asaluyeh to avoid cutting production. And now rail.

They're delay tactics measured in days, not weeks.
