The RN is in rough shape and the RFA (Royal forces auxiliary) is probably worse. However, the UK knew weeks in advance that this was a possibility.

also concerning, normally the IDF tells citizens they can leave their shelters after 10 mins of siren warnings...for this one, they are telling them to stay in shelters until they are given further instructions

So if they are rolling out a massive amount of launchers to do this volley, my guess this is probably most of what they have left launcher wise.

If Iran were smart they'd launch those missiles at refineries in the region. They're not going to beat us or Israel head to head. The only way is for them to wait us out and inflict as much economic damage as possible. I hope we have thought of this. And countering massive waves of drones targeting the same industry.

Honest question, who related to the regime is going to be left if their plan is to wait this out? I don't know who takes power next but I find it unlikely to be anyone related to the past regime. I would anticipate the power shift is going to start 50 years of pent up reprisal killings.
