I admit that he was taken way out of context, and this is all just spin. It's a little awkward, but kind of in the way that telling a bad dad joke is awkward. I agree that the poster that said on the scale of importance, this gets a negative 2 Bidens.

I'd still like to see the context if anyone has a link to the full speech or the transcript of such, just to understand what the hell is going on here.

Sure people can see and not actually listen to what he said. But people don't actual HEAR what he said and comprehend what he said.

You can watch it. The whole thing is really weird. He seems to chuckle like it is a joke, but then says "pray with me please" and everyone bows their heads and closes their eyes.

No one can be dumb enough to think what was being read was a real prayer, but everyone going through the motions like it is a prayer is very odd.
