These allegations are very specific...I'm not sure if it makes them more credible or less. I think JP Morgan is going to be paying something to make this go away. The story has some explicit details I will not risk posting.

Lorna Hajdini, 37, allegedly coerced a married banker into "non-consensual and humiliating sex acts" and threatened his career when he refused her advances, according to a lawsuit.

The accuser, known only as John Doe, claims he was even verbally abused by Hajdini after he broke down in tears during one of the alleged unwanted sexual encounters.

Hajdini, an executive director in JPMorgan Chase's Leveraged Finance division, allegedly also admitted to drugging Doe with a date rape drug on multiple occasions.

The lawsuit also claims Doe was given "an erection-enabling pharmaceutical substance."

Hajdini, who has worked for the company for almost 15 years, is yet to respond to the allegations.

Doe joined as a Senior VP/Director in March 2024 and claims the alleged abuse started almost immediately after Hajdini was appointed to the team in a senior role in April.

One of the first claims in the New York suit comes from May 2024, as Doe alleges Hajdini dropped a pen on the floor next to his desk and then rubbed his leg and squeezed his calf as she picked it up.

He accuses her of then saying to him: "Oh, you did play basketball in college?

"I love basketball players… they get me so...

In May 2025, Doe delivered a written complaint to JPMorgan's HR team detailing what he described as race and gender-based discrimination, harassment and a pattern of "severe sexual abuse".
He claims the firm didn't immediately respond but alleges they started retaliating against him.

The suit sees him allege he was sent anonymous threatening phone calls from individuals he believes were acting on behalf of Hajdini and others in the company.

One caller allegedly told him: "Just wait 'till you're back in New York, Brown boy. "You better stay away snitch."

I'll be honest, I read the article and, in this day, and age I'm skeptical. Could just be sour grapes for not getting his way. It's so hard to tell who is telling the truth. I just find this a little hard to believe.

Odds of this being completely made up due to lack of good job performance and upward mobility are 99.99999%.

Lots of "allegedly" in that article, which has this buried at the end:

" JPMorgan Chase has denied Doe's claims saying an investigation found no evidence to support his allegations.

Hajdini is still employed at the company but Doe left in late 2024."

After reading the entire article, it's all just random accusations from him. He apparently has no proof. Kind of sounds like a disgruntled ex-employee looking for a payout.

He's claiming PTSD, and that his reputation is so ruined he can't get another job.

HR chose to hide the facts because it was 2 point DEI hire (foreign and female) accused by a 1 point DEI hire. Plus the 2 pointer got a bonus point for being in an executive position. It was a no brainer to protect the woman.
